Hiking trails on Mt. Norikura (3,026 m above sea level), near the border between Nagano and Gifu prefectures.
In August 2023, I walked a total of 13,000 steps on this trail.
Today, I was reminiscing.
About what I felt when I closed my eyes and touched the triangles at the summit.
The sensation in my fingertips, the coolness of the mountain breeze.
And that morning, on the bus, I resolved to reach the summit.
