The issue of the work produced by AI is the issue of copyright. The copyright law defines a work as “creative expression of thought or emotion”. At the stage of 2017, the government’s Intellectual Property Strategy Headquarters concluded that “the work produced by AI will not be written.” However, I concluded that AI can not be a human creation. But we concluded that AI is not a human creation. However, AI is a human creation, and sometimes AI programs can be patented to produce art. I think that this problem will surface around 2020.
